Kids Team Training



We provide sport specific training for kids' teams. Our athletic trainer will work with your team to provide exercises and training to improve their skills in a specific sport. We work with soccer teams, baseball teams and softball teams to improve skills, coordination and physical fitness. Contact us today to create a program for your team.
