Our next NEWR-U fitness and wellness class is September 20 - November 22, 2011. Classes are Tuesday Nights from 6:00 - 7:15 PM
This is NOT a DIE-IT class, This is a LIVE-IT Class. In this 10-week journey, you will learn about:

- Water…the drink of champions
- Supplementation and Detoxification
- Exercise…resistance training and cardio
- How to MAINTAIN for a life of health, happiness and wellness!
Weigh-in is weekly and optional. Measurements are optional at the beginning and end. Prizes are awarded at the end of the 10 weeks!
Cost: 100.00/Person - 150.00/Couple - $25.00/18 and under w/participating adult.
Notebook, Food Journal, Light Snacks and Materials Included.
